Born in Norfolk, raised in Leeds, studied in Newcastle. Took a year out which some thought was a waste but I corrected them, I was wasted!

First proper job with Nestle, trained as a sales rep by the chap who opened the ASDA account when they were in a garden shed! Loved breaking sales targets and winning competitions. Moved to J&J to launch Acuvue Contact Lenses into the optical market. The challenge of converting professionals to a new way of thinking, more money and a sports car attracted me to the post.

Enjoyed the first 3 years, breaking targets but then with our competitors sponsoring adverse publicity I saw the corporate machines move in and we didn’t gel. Went off to Australia surfing, scuba diving and riding through the rainforest on a motorbike.

Set up my own business building websites 8 years ago, 7 years ago moved into email marketing, 6 years ago started Business in Berkshire and this has gone from strength to strength. I have run it very much as a life style business. The next year will see things change. I’m looking to be debt free by the time I am 45, with a tidy sum for a rainy day.
